This website is operated by Plays Research LLC in the United States. Plays Research Limited (棠榮研究有限公司) in Hong Kong is a separate legal entity. Both were founded by Yang Shen and share the Plays Research brand; neither is a subsidiary or branch of the other. The engagement agreement identifies the company responsible for the work.

Yang Shen is also identified as 沈揚, 沈扬 and Yang SHEN. He reviews English and Chinese technical materials directly. Service descriptions and engagement terms on the linked pages provide the context and limits of the work. The first enquiry should be non-confidential.
